How long does it take to make a custom ring?

Most custom rings take three to five weeks from design approval to completion. Rush orders may be possible depending on the design. Ask us directly if you have a deadline.

Do you use natural or lab grown diamonds?

We offer both. Natural diamonds form over billions of years underground. Lab grown diamonds have the same physical and chemical properties but cost less. Neither option is better than the other. The choice comes down to your budget and personal preference.

What is the difference between a halo and a solitaire setting?

A solitaire setting holds a single diamond on a plain band. A halo setting surrounds the center diamond with smaller diamonds, which makes the center stone look larger and adds extra sparkle.

Can I bring my own diamond to be set?

Yes. We can set a diamond you already own into a custom design. Bring your diamond and any certification to your consultation.

Do you offer engagement rings for men?

Yes. We design and craft engagement rings and wedding bands for men in the same custom process.

How do I find out my ring size without asking my partner directly?

Borrow a ring your partner already wears on the correct finger and bring it to us. We measure it accurately without your partner knowing.

What if the ring doesn’t fit after the proposal?

We resize rings made in our studio at no extra cost within the first 30 days. After that, resizing is available for a small fee.

Is the consultation free?

Yes. Your first consultation is complimentary, with no obligation to purchase.

Do you repair or remodel existing jewellery?

Yes. We repair damaged rings and remodel old jewellery into new designs. Bring your piece to our Port Melbourne showroom for a free assessment.

What certification do your diamonds come with?

Diamonds over 0.50 carats come with an independent certificate from GIA or IGI. This certificate confirms the cut, colour, clarity, and carat weight of your diamond.
